1. What was your favorite halloween costume you wore growing up? BFF and I went as the Blues Brothers when we were teenagers.
2. Name a time you remember laughing the hardest. When I see DS have a giggling fit, he is so adorable it just makes me laugh along with him.
3. How often do have people over for dinner? Maybe once or twice a year.
4. Name a time your parents totally embarrased you growing up. In my first month at college, I had two platonic guy friends stop by my dorm room when my parents visited. My dad told them: "you can look, but you can't touch!" My mom scolded him for that all the way home. LOL.
5. Have you ever threw up in public? (morning sickness has me thinking about this one!) Yep, second grade..yakked all over my desk and myself. I did not eat a cheeseburger for many years. Nuff said.
6. Do you still write letters by hand or rely on technology? Techno all the way! I do send handwritten thank you notes though!
7. Are you crafty? What types of things do you make? Yeah, I bake, do acrylic on canvas, cross-stitch, and I am planning to make a lot of Cars themed decorations for DS' birthday...they even have ideas to make the Cozy Cone Motel!
8. Favorite go-to dinner when you need to make something fast? Mac and Cheese using Barilla's protein pasta. It only needs 7-8 minutes to boil and I can make a quick cheesy sauce.

1. What was your favorite halloween costume you wore growing up? When I was 5, my mom made me a "birthday present" - she wrapped a giant box in paper, put bows all over it, and cut out holes for my arms and legs. So cute!
2. Name a time you remember laughing the hardest. Most recently, it was sitting with my BFF at my house, late at night, watching silly animal videos on YouTube.
3. How often do have people over for dinner? Fairly often, probably at least once a month.
4. Name a time your parents totally embarrased you growing up. Pfft, when did they NOT embarass me? I don't remember why, but one time when I was in elementary school, my mom thought it would be funny to put a can of dog food in my lunch box.
5. Have you ever threw up in public? (morning sickness has me thinking about this one!) Dude, all the time. Most of them involve me being drunk, though...
6. Do you still write letters by hand or rely on technology? I'm lazy. Technology.
7. Are you crafty? What types of things do you make? I would like to be crafty. I pin lots of cute things on Pinterest and then never make them.

Oh man this one is tough...I have laughed really hard a lot. I can be overcome by a case of the giggles really quickly

About once or twice a month

For a middle school choir concert my mom convinced me to wear a side ponytail...I was mortified LOL!

Uh yes...not from m/s...I have left my mark on a few bars

Definitely by hand! But not often...

1. Favorite halloween costume growing up? Probably the pippy longstocking outfit! I loved the spray that made my hair red. Mostly I remeber freezing because Oct. 31st up north can be really cold! I wouldn't put a coat on because i didn't want my costume to be covered up!
2. Name a time you remember laughing the hardest? probably while playing cranium with my husbands family. His sisters are so competive it is hilarious.
3. How often do you have people over for dinner? Maybe every few weeks. My husband likes to have his family over pretty often but his family is so huge I get overwhelmed. He has 8 siblings so when they all come over including their kids there can be somewhere near 25-30 people! We are having one of his coworkers and his family over this weekend and maybe someone tonight.
4. Name a time your parents embarrased you growing up? seriously, I don't know where to begin, although i do have one story that stands out. At the time my mom was very superstitious. she had some coffee mugs that for whatever reason she was superstitious about. She smashed them on the driveway then told me to go clean up the glass. I was around 11 and I was out there sweeping it up while all the neighbors kids were asking me why my mom had come outside screaming and smashing those cups and why was I cleaning them up? All i could do was stand there asking the universe why me? and mumble I don't know to my neighbors standing out there with their mouths hanging open.
5. have you ever threw up in public? does the third grade count? I remember throwing up on several kids desks because our desks were connected. Poor janitor.
6. Do you write letters by hand or rely on technology? a bit of both although I write letters more than most people and use e-mail less than most people.
7. Are you crafty? yes, I like to make things but I never make anything good or worth keeping really. But it's the thought that counts right?
8. Favorite go-to dinner? I'm sure my husband is really sick of tacos.

my mom had a bad habit of showing up places in her pajamas too. very embarassing when you are 15!

We had an old car and one day the muffler finally went. My mom came to pick my friends and me up at the mall that day and
the car was so crazy loud. It was so embarrassing.

ETA: I just remembered the time I threw up all over some kid's backpack at the YMCA when I was a kid. Eeeeww!

1. What was your favorite halloween costume you wore growing up?
When I was 3 or 4 my mom made me a fairy princess costume. It was purple and sparkly and had sparkly wings. I was also excited because I got to wear my ballet slippers, so excited that I ended up in the ER after a twirling incident...still have the scar on my face to prove it.
2. Name a time you remember laughing the hardest.
I met my BFF in college because we were suitemates in the dorm and both had terrible roommates, we spent the next 4 years living together, and laughed non-stop.
3. How often do have people over for dinner?
Rarely. DH and I are good cooks but we do not have much of a home for entertaining.
4. Name a time your parents totally embarrased you growing up.
When I was in middle school my friend and I lied about going to the movie theater with 2 boys from school and my parents found out so they drove to the movie theater and picked me up after my friend's mom dropped us off.
5. Have you ever threw up in public? (morning sickness has me thinking about this one!)
I have never thrown up in public without making it to a restroom, but I have thrown up in restrooms at stores, restaurants and rest areas.
6. Do you still write letters by hand or rely on technology?
I still sometimes write letters by hand, but not too often.
7. Are you crafty? What types of things do you make?
I don't have a crafty bone in my body.
8. Favorite go-to dinner when you need to make something fast?
Probably spaghetti with garlic bread and salad.

1. What was your favorite halloween costume you wore growing up? Hmm...growing up I'm not really sure, they were always pretty awesome. My favorite one overall though is a pear costume my sister had made in college and then I wore after her in college, it made me look like a part of fruit of the loom.
2. Name a time you remember laughing the hardest. Last night I was cracking up, we had friends over for DH's bday and everyone else had some drinks, so our friend ended up pulling up youtube videos he'd made of himself singing/rapping over real songs. OMG, it was too good, my favorite was so fresh and so clean.
3. How often do have people over for dinner? Probably about once a month.... maybe twice.
4. Name a time your parents totally embarrased you growing up. In 6th grade this boy I had a huge crush on asked me out, my mom let me go to the movies once with him and one other "couple" but then he asked me to go out again and she wouldn't let me. I was livid... he was like my dream boy in 6th grade. Haha.
5. Have you ever threw up in public? (morning sickness has me thinking about this one!) This is not a classy story, we went bowling after a company holiday party when I was like 20 and my (now DH) was there and I had a huge crush on him, so when he offered me more drinks not knowing I'd already had way too much wine at the party... yea, it didn't end well for the bowling alley. My poor DH even helped clean it up, not sure why he ever started dating me after that.
6. Do you still write letters by hand or rely on technology? Letters by email, cards by hand.
7. Are you crafty? What types of things do you make? Yes, I make all things painting related: paintings, signs, crafty's for babies room.... love it.
8. Favorite go-to dinner when you need to make something fast? Seems like I'm going with the most common answer: pasta, normally I'll throw in whatever veggies we have in the fridge.

I have a least favorite...apparently I was being a bit too choosy picking out a costume, Mom got tired of it, and I wore a white sheet with eyeholes cut out of it. Boo!

I think when Jim Carrey guested on SNL way back when
3. How often do you have people over for dinner?
We used to a lot, not so much now that everyone is having kiddos
4. Name a time your parents totally embarrased you growing up.
My dad sold used cars when I was little, many that he bought from government auctions. I was dropped off at school in more sea-green colored Dodge trucks than I care to remember. He totally made up for it when he bought a Z28, that was a cool thing to pull up in.

After I got too hot at field day in 4th grade, I hurled in the grocery store line that afternoon.

I only hand write thank yous
7. Are you crafty? What types of things do you make?
A little crafty, I like to sew dresses for my daughters, sometimes I attempt one for myself.
