need middle name to go with John

I promised my husband that the next baby can have his name if it's a boy, so the first name will be John, but I can't settle on a middle name.  We've agreed on John Patrick, and I like it but I don't love it, so I'm hoping to find some new options that DH will like.

I like John Douglas, but DH isn't a fan, and he vetoed John Alexander because Alexander is his nephew's name; there are some others that we've cycled through, but I'm pretty much out of ideas at this point.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
