The support group that I was so scared of going to was great. There were only 4 women there but even so, the caring was amazing. It is so helpful to talk to people that have been in this place.

I'm glad you went. I went to my first meeting about a month post loss and I was SO nervous. There were 3 other ladies there in addition to the facilitator, who is also a loss mama herself. I too wished it met more than 1x per month.

I still go when I can, and I have become friends with several of the ladies. It really is great to talk in person with people who "get it".

I am so glad you went.  I was so nervous when I went to my first group meeting, I was practically in tears once I saw the other people there.  But it helped so much to know that I am not alone, other people are out there who have gotten through this and are still getting through it.

I have two that I go to. One is once a month and the other is every other month. I love my loss ladies we all just understand each other like no other people understand. They amaze me!! I am glad you took the step to go to the support group. It really does help.

I am so glad this was helpful. I keep tossing up the idea of going, but I am not normally a group person. However, with very few people around me daily that know what I am going through and the continued desire to talk more about our boys and our losses I think about going to one just to see how it is, or if I like it.
