Too "serial killer-y"? Ala Dexter Morgan? Liked the name before the show became popular,but DH and I are fans of the show and little worried friends and family will think we did it just because of the show. Not dead set on the name, up for suggestions

Love it!

I met a tiny baby named Dexter last month and he was soooooo cute.

I love the show too, and while the connection bothers my husband, it doesn't bother me.

I considered this name as well, and the idea came from the show. I never thought it was strange, I just like the name and wouldn't have considered it other wise. I vote yes.

I really like it, and it would be on my list if a close friend didn't have a little two year old Dexter. He's also adorable, so that makes the name even cuter.

Actually the first thing I thought of is "Dexter's Laboratory" my little brother was obsessed with that cartoon growing up.

And Dexter is a vigilante, and sweet in his own way Dexter was actually a top pick for us, but I have a Max and we decided Max and Dex were way too close.
