If it doesnt come up on the page, put "chicken with tomato, basil and crispy parmigiano crackers" in the search box on the left. Make sure to definitely chop the garlic, not mince it through a garlic press. I always serve this over linguini or something.
You don't have to make the parmesan crisp things although when they work out they are tasty & fun... I found that they don't work well on some plates which is weird. I usually don't bother & just sprinkle on mozzarella.
