Sorry this took so long. I LOVE Denver. Julie and I don't plan on moving and are in the works and the first stages of building a house here

DW and I met in High School. I was a freshman and she a senior. We dated briefly. Then she graduated. We starting dating my Junior year and that was 6 years ago.

If we get a BFP we will be buying another test to make sure. Otherwise, we will be buying a lot of books, and a teddy bear.

CT. We decided to build for several reasons. The first being that we are incredibly picky, and we refuse to remodel. We looked at tons of new build neighborhoods in the neighborhood and found that a house we built in an area we liked would cost just as much as purchasing a house and remodeling it to our liking. Now, the neighborhood we are looking at has different models, but virtually everything on the inside is customizable: of bedrooms, countertops, cabinets, bathrooms, of fireplaces, paint colors. For us building a new home, that lets us choose exactly what we want for the same price as buying a house we'd have to alter, was a no brainier. There are going to be some hidden costs I'm sure, but we are really happy so far!
