I like Zoe but if your DH doesn't....then no.  I voted for Cecilia.  Pretty, especially with James.  I think Anna and James is a boring sibset, even though both names are pretty.  Just very....expected.

I really love Zoe, but I do not like Alexandra at all.  So I would instead vote for Zoe Elisabeth.

I like all of your choices--I voted for Cecilia because I'm a big fan of family names.

I absolutely LOVE Zoe Alexandra! 

My DH didn't love Zane's name at first either, but it grew on him while I was pregnant and as soon as he was born, my DH immediately said our LO looked liked a Zane.

I love Eve, though not really with Elizabeth. I voted for it before changing my mind that Cecelia Jayne is much nicer.

If your husband doesn't like Zoe, you might as well throw it out. There are tons of nice Greek names that he probably would like.
