My 1 mo old niece's name is Mia, and her nickname is "Mama".

The first 3 letters of our last name is Pip.  So ever since dh and I married, when I'd start my cycle I'd tell dh "no Pip-Squeaks this month".  When we found out I was pg it was "We're having a Pip-Squeak."  so that is what we called this one until we gave him a name.
