my 27 weeker twins are 1 year old!

Hi Ladies! Yesterday was Avery & Ethan's 1st birthday. I can't believe how fast time has flown by. My miracle babies that were born at just over 2 lbs each are now 20 lbs (A) and 17 lbs (E)! Yesterday was a great day overall. I did have one emotional breakdown feeling a little overwhelmed about everything we have been through (months in the NICU, several surgeries and almost losing DS) and how thankful I am that they have come so far. The rest of the day was fun though. We went back to the NICU to visit and everyone was so excited to see them Then we went to the Central Park Zoo and out for dinner/bday cake!
