It looks kind of like a rash right around my areola. It's not painful or itchy is this normal?

Sometimes rashes are caused by the type of soap you are using in the shower. I've switched to locally made soaps to avoid all the chemicals in mainstream grocery store types. I've also switched to more of an ayurvedic thinking and use soap sparingly.

It could also be a bit of a heat rash... try putting something cold from the fridge on it for a few minutes and see if that helps.
