    A 9am or 11am class works best for me since I am a sahm and I could come to the class after dropping them off at school.  Before or after school would be way to hectic.  I have no free time before or after school hours.

    I definitely would do a during school hours, 9am -12.

    Depends on your target audience. I'd think during school would be best for a SAHM. Evening or early morning would be best for a working mom.
