Healthy Snacks To GO

Hello Ladies ... I dont post on the site very often but whenever I have a question there is usually someone else here that has experienced the same thing. Today I am looking healthy snack for my DS. She loves grapes and strawberry but we usually  eat those at home. What healthy snacks do you take along with you for a day out and about  ?

Patrick loves trail mix, especially with sesame sticks. Also, you can't go wrong with a package of pb crackers. We also eat a lot of goldfish on days out.

Some of my go-to snacks:

Fruit

Cheddar Cheese (keep in a little cooler that fits in your diaper bag with a cold pack)

Trader Joe's Organic Cereal Bars

Homemade cracker/peanut butter sandwiches

Whole grain Goldfish.

Freeze-dried fruits and veggies have been my go-to.

kiwi and avocado are great traveling foods that don't need to be kept cold.  I also take all natural applesauce when we're out and about.

Ditto the Cheerios, they are a life saver.  I also like fresh apples since they don't have to be kept cold.

We do the fruit/veggie pouches, goldfish, yogurt bites, cheerios, peanut butter crackers, and strawberry newtons.

My kid is strange and loves peas - I throw frozen ones in his no-spill container and he LOVES it. 

We also do cheese sticks, those Annie's bunnies, and the toddler cereal bars.

We keep fruit/veggie pouches, yogurt melts, crackers, and Cheerios in the diaper bag at all times.
