Newish to the bump, TTC with bump #2

Good morning, I am semi new to this... I had my son back in 2008, and we are TTC now... SCARY!  It's been so long since we have been in the midst of all things baby.  I was on the bump here and there with pregnancy #1, I plan to be on more now that we are TTC.  I?m kind of scared, pregnancy 1 was full of surprises from start to deliver, of course.  Hoping this one goes much better, whenever we get there.  I am trying not to focus on the fact that we got pregnant right away with my son, but I was also 30 lbs lighter (thanks a lot thyroid) and younger of course.  Any helpful hints are welcome!  Thanks for listening!

Just wanted to wish you lot of luck! I'm FTM and it seems like every mother I've talk to has such different experience with pregnancy so hopefully your second one will be "better" than the first! I know I went through terrible morning sickness and lost too much weight and I kept thinking to myself, "how to women do this more than once!" but ya never know how the 2nd, 3rd etc, will be.

I'm in a similar boat, except we're already expecting #2.  Our daughter was born in 2003 so I feel totally out of the loop in terms of life with a baby... napping, feeding, potty training etc were all SOOOOO long ago.  We'll figure it out I'm sure.  We did with our first and then we had no experience to rely on. Hope your time TTC is short!

Im not sure what TTC is. Sometimes the lingo confuses me on these forums. But, I have been hearing a lot about Hypnbabies. Just throwing that out there. It is supposed to help with a lot of fear and Anxiety. Maybe look into that and see if it is something that might be able to help you. Good luck and congrats!

LOL!  i wondered if you were on here and if so, if you would see my post!  too funny!!!  UGH, this waiting game is TERRIBLE!  I don't want to wait anymore ,i just want to know now... it's bad... i can't focus on anything else!

 on the bright side, Mase finally realized what a brother and sister are and last night he said he wanted one of each!  Wes laughed in his face!

Lol it's funny because I usually stick to the age boards but I thought I would check on the Cbus board and there you were!  Lol I'm glad Mase knows what a bro/sis is now...better get cracking if he wants one of each!  Or he is cursing you with twins!  Haha.    Don't think about ttc too much...it's usually when you don't think about it that it happens!!!
