? CD 21 progesterone level

Hi ladies, my RE called and mentioned my CD 21 progesterone levels are below normal at 7 and ordered me suppositories. It's my first month with RE and we're in the diagnosis stage - Is there anything else you've found works to increase your levels.

CD 21 doesn't mean much unless you O on CD 14. The b/w should be done 7 DPO. How did you confirm O, and are you sure the bloodwork was done at the right time?

PP is right. The test should be 7dpo, which would be tomorrow for you.

 There isn't anything besides some sort of progesterone supplements that you can do to increase it at this point. Clomid has been used to help people have a stronger ovulation and thus a higher progesterone level but you would need to do that in the beginning of your cycle. I would discuss your concerns with your doctor.

Transvag u/s in the am showed i was right about to O. I never got a + on opk and cd 16 bloodwork confirmed levels at 4.8. Do think she tested me 1 day too early.

I was going by your temperature chart which indicates ovulation on CD15. If your doctor is sure than you indeed ovulated on CD14, then the test was on the correct day.

Based on FF she did test you a day early, but if she confirmed a different day then it was done at the right time.The suppositories should help, so I wouldn't be concerned. As PP said, talk to your doctor about your concerns. I'm sure you will have reapeat CD 21 or 7 DPO b/w next cycle. I wouldn't stress too much.

Thanks everyone! There wasn't much on the net regarding cd21. Hopefully with the suppositories they'll be able to pinpoint what's my next step if SA comes back normal
