BM post- my ultrasound is comin up not sure how to feel

I have my anatomy/gender scan soon and I invited the AP's im really excited and dont feel as "unsure" as i have been about the decision for adoption. My question is do you think as AP's you would want to go or did I just peer pressure them to do something that is maybe to awkward?

    Oh they'll want to come. This is an experience they've almost assuredly longed to have. I invited LO's parents to a few doctor visits (just normal checkups), and it seemed to be really special to them (even though it feels like you have a hundred of them by the end, am I right?). She was so nervous; it was really sweet. It was generous of you to invite them - brava!

    Mar '12: Homestudy interrupted by change in Uganda requirements - where do we go from here?
    After searching and searching, back with Uganda but with our homestudy agency's program.
    Homestudy complete July 19
    USCIS I-600A submitted July 20. Biometrics appointments arrived Aug 17; fingerprinted Aug 21; 171H received Sept 25th. On the wait list Oct 1st: #18. By Jan 25th, we're #13!

    That's nice of you to invite them.  I'm sure they will appreciate it and I'd be surprised if that didn't come.  As a prospective AP, I'd love to go!

    I'm guessing they will be thrilled to go!

    I didn't get to go to my dd's birthmom's ultrasound appointment, but she did invite me to a regular checkup where I got to hear dd's heartbeat.  It was such a special moment - one that I will never ever forget and I really appreciate that dd's birthmom let me be a part of that.

    We were invited along just last week to the u/s with our BM and it was AMAZING! I was so glad that both me and my husband were able to be there and I'm guessing your adoptive parents will feel the same way!
