Back from the Funeral

All I can say is, hug your friends and tell them how important they are in your life.  Do it today.

It's not right to bury someone our own age.

Been a rough week.   Probably won't be my usual post-whoore self for a little bit yet.

I too had to attend the funeral of a friend our age (I was bridesmaid at his wedding) last year, so I know how surreal and devastating it can be.

I am so sorry for you lose.  One of my dear sorority sisters passed away from a horrible 12 year battle with breast cancer this spring and I found out a week later that a HS friend of mine had just been diagnosed.  It is very, very hard.

I lost my best friend to cancer over a decade ago.  We had just turned 30.  Can't believe how long its been.  I think about her all of the time still.
