Have you ever lost respect for someone on here

based on any certain posts? Not just "I don't like them or what they have to say" but to the point of not being able to respect them.

I think I've felt that way before but now I can't think of any specific examples, so I must have gotten over it. Thus I'd have to say no.

I've lost respect for every one that posted YES in this thread and didn't name names.

Seriously though, I'm sure I have --- at least once or twice --- lost respect for someone.  But I tend to forget these things almost as fast as they happen so I don't have a "list" or anything (in my head or otherwise) of those that I have lost respect for.

There are a couple of people who come across to me as either arrogant, hateful, or bitter. ?That's based on the general tone of their posts over a long time. ?In that sense, I've lost respect for them, but it doesn't mean I won't answer a question or that I won't read what they write. ?

Definitely.  There were a couple who I had to roll my eyes at today.  I don't think I will be able to think of them the same way again.

In order for a person to lose respect on here that would be assuming the person had my respect in the first place. Kwim? and the only person I can think of us a prime example for that.

Is it ME? It is. I can take it- you can say so. I like all the posters on this thread, and if you all collectively agree that I have lost your respect, I will try to be less obnoxious.

 

if you don't respond affirmatively, I will probably be the same amount of obnoxious.

well, I was worried. People seemed so upset that I am not a pledge of allegiance sayer..when i get defensive I worry that I get too offensive, too...

 I'm glad it wasn't me ( although I bet some people DID think of me when they read it.)
