Violet has been going down easily for two naps, one at 9:30 and one at 2. She starts back daycare today and will be in a one-nap room, so we'll see how she does.

For the most part we are down to one nap. She goes down anywhere from 10 to 1 and usually sleeps 3 hours whenever she goes down. She also sleeps between 12-14 hours at night. It just depends on what we are doing in the morning. If she is busy and we are out and about she stays up later. If we are home and being lazy she goes down about 2.5 -3 hours after being awake. I prefer her to go down closer to noon, otherwise it can make evening time more crabby.
He is down to one nap usually sometime between 10:30 and 1. He naps for about 1 hour -1.5.
He definitely doesn't go down easy. We usually end up pushing him in the stroller to go down, But today, he decided to take a nap in his high chair mid way through eating a banana! Very funny to watch him drift off
Down to 1 nap a day. Nap usually starts sometime between noon and 2 pm depending on our level of physical activity that day. She will nap anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours

We have been down to one nap for a while now. Her nap used to be 2.5-3 hours and she will occasionally still do that, but for the most part, her nap is usually about 2 hours long nowadays. She starts her nap somewhere between 11:30 and 12:30. She doesn't fight the nap- she goes down pretty easily.
M takes 1 nap a day usually around 1 and will sleep for 2 hours. She normally doesn't fight me if she does she only lasts a few minutes before she is out.
LO has been taking two naps. One usually around 11:00am and the second around 3:30pm. He will sleep 30min-45 min. I think we are on the verge of switching to one nap though. Some times when we are busy and running around he only gets one nap and does ok.

This sounds very similar to DS. I sure wish he was more like some of these 3 hour+ nappers though. A very good day would be if he got two hours of naps and 11 hours at night. The norm is about and hour or so of naps and 10 hours at night.
LO takes 2 naps. the first one is usually around 9 and the second one is around 1. He sleep for about 1 1/2 hours each nap and doesn't fight it at all. He goes down for the night around 7pm(which I have tried to make it later but the kid likes to sleep) and I have to wake him up at 6am for daycare everyday.
She takes one nap around noon for 1-2 hours. Since moving to one nap her bedtime has moved up a little bit. She doesn't fight it at all. Which I am grateful for!
She takes 2 naps. Depending on when she gets up (week or week day) its about 2 hours after she wakes up in the morning and then early afternoon.
At home each is about an hour, sometimes a little longer. At DC, I know her afternoon nap usually last from 12-3! She loves her sleep. Goes down easily for naps & bedtime!
One nap that starts between 12 and 1, depending on when she got up. It's often 2 hours, although on really lucky days it's 3. The other day it was 3.5! DH and I were really enjoying it.
She usually goes down very easily, although today she fought it.
But for all of those thinking of getting jealous about the nap length, she's still not STTN.

My DS takes 2 naps, one in the morning around 10am and the second in the afternoon around 2pm. Each nap is usually bw 1-2 hours, the afternoon nap can be longer. After he was in daycare for a few months, I lay him down with his bottle and blanket and he drinks it and passes out. Before he went to daycare we would have to rock him, because he would just scream and cry in his crib.
