Grumpy Days, Singing and Baby Einstein

This is how I survive 2 babies getting 5 top teeth each at the same time while my husband works shift work so is gone most of the babies awake time! Anyone else love baby einstein? My boys could be screaming their head off and as soon  as they see the caterpillar opening screen they are all smiles....they also seem to be happy as long as I am singing silly songs to them at the top of my voice while making silly actions..I hope my neighbours aren't peeking in the windows! and my throat is getting sore!

Anyone else care to share what makes your kids happy on a grumpy day?

Our girls are almost three and they STILL love Baby Einstein.  They weren't eating well at 7 months and the only way they would stay still and drink a full bottle was watching Baby Einstein.

My sister gave me 10 B.E. videos when the girls were about 2 months.  I thought I'd never use them.  Ha. My girls ador them.  Their favorite is old macdonald.

My boys also love baby einstein. Another thing I would recommend that they love to watch is the "KidsTV123" channel on YouTube. We can watch YouTube on our family room tv through AppleTV and they LOVE it. It makes them so calm and quiet. Other than books, both of these are lifesavers when I am home alone and they are both super cranky.

I used to call Baby Einstein 'kiddy crack' when I was a nanny.  The twins I used to take care of LOVED their B.E. movies!  I put one on last week for my 12 week old babies and they really liked it, my husband didn't think they were going to get it but they were quiet the entire time....   So thankful that they liked it!
