PB Anytime Chairs

How much you you pay for used anytime chairs that you would have to replace the covers because they were monogrammed/ wrong color?  There is a set of two on Craigslist they are wanting $50 a piece.   The chairs are pink with names monogrammed.

The retail price ranges $75-100 usually for the name brand PBs. I think they're obnoxious and take up unnecessary amounts of space, but practically everyone I know wants their kid to have one.

There is a website: www.uglysofa.com  click on 'kid stuff' and then 'ugly-where chairs'.  They are the PB chairs but cheaper, it looks like they start at 59.99 for new ones.  I don't like buying used softwares that I can't wash, like a PB chair because I feel like I can't get it clean enough and with kids you never know what has gotten spilled on it.  There was a woman on here a few months ago that ordered chairs from this uglysofa place but I'm not sur ehow she ended up liking it....might be worth at least checking out the website.   I love the PB anywhere chairs, they hold up great and kids can use them for a long time.

I picked up second hand chairs (and just bought new covers) from garage sales from $10 to $15 per chair.

The PP mentioned Ugly Chairs- they have awesome reviews from this FB group I follow, Baby Cheapskate.

I bought two chairs off of uglysofa.com - of course, they weren't monogrammed, but you can easily take off the covers and take them to your local embroidery shop.  They are the same as PBK chairs - they are the PBK covers but they have their own foam inserts.  I can't tell the difference - my babies love them!  And we saved a lot of money rather than paying full price at PBK.

I checked out this site after you told me about it the other day and they now offer free monogramming!
