Growth spurt?

Sorry for such a first time mom question. DD has been a very vigorous eater since she came home from the NICU 2 weeks ago, consistently increasing her food volume and sucking it right down and also doing a pretty good job breastfeeding. Last night, she fed every 2-2.5 hours instead of her normal every 3. This afternoon, she seemed to hit a wall. She got really tired after finishing her 4 pm feeding and then fell asleep halfway through her 7 pm. Is this a growth spurt? Not sure when preemies have growth spurts, but she was born 3 weeks and 3 days ago. Her gestational age is in my sig. Just want to know whether I should be worried about her or not! Ok, I will worry regardless, but if you say not to, it will help a little.

It sounds like she is having a growth spurt. My DD had hers at odd times, somewhere between actual and adjusted age so it was hard to predict at first. If she is acting fine otherwise, no fever, alert, interacting with you, etc then I won't worry too much.
