Headache remedies

Ok... So I know we can take Tylenol... But...

 

Can we take Tylenol rapid release? The extra strength?

    Absolutely! I would've never survived the first tri migraines with DS without it. And just to let you know, I never got them with DD, there's hope.

    Just don't take Advil, Excedrin, Aspirin. Tylenol is safe and was my BFF during both pregnancies.

    Double check your labels, too, because some of off-brand acetaminophen (generic Tylenol) extra-strength, sinus, and cold lines do have aspirin in them. I don't believe any of the actual Tylenol brand lines have aspirin any more.

    Yes, I've been taking Tylenol! Also, a cold washcloth on my forehead has been helping me.

    Tylenol does not work well for me which sucks when I am pregnant! As well as tylenol I use a peppermint stick - you can buy them in some health food stores or stores that sell aromatherapy - you dap it on your head and it helps.
