    People are dumb. My MW told me not to worry about them since I just vomited back up. We will find out in a few days if he has three heads. If so, I will name him Fluffy.

    Eh...I ended up taking Flinstones Chewables because other pills made me feel sick. The big thing is to get folic acid, whether through food or supplements. A lot pf cereals are fortified with it.
