Rosy cheeks?

LO has had bright red rosy cheeks and nose for a few days-no fever. She is with hub in MN now and wont be back till Monday which is when Ill be in touch with pedi.

In meantime, anyone experience this? Its odd.

Re: Rosy cheeks?

  • Same here. I don't know why though. Sometimes when she wakes from naps they are brighter. One day last week it was so red I took a pic just incase I need to show the pedi because it's not always like that. It will get like that even if we haven't left the house so I know it's not hot weather related. My lo is formula fed not sure if it's a reaction to that or teething??

  • I was thinking the same, warm weather or formula-but we keep her inside, and formula would just be odd

  • Teeth coming in?Our little man has been working a couple of teeth down for a while now, and gets rosy cheeks.

Lots of movement?  He also gets worked up playing or being grumpy and gets rosy cheeks.

  • My LO had that for almost 2 weeks, it seems to be gone now, or maybe I just stopped noticing it.. I asked at her 4 month appt. and called again last week to ask about it but they said not to worry about it. It seems to get worse when she gets up from a nap, I think it's because she always rolls to her tummy now and her face lays on the bed.
