Overnight babysitting pay???

I start a new job in september and it's overnights.  I was wondering what is standard for paying a sitter who would be there from 6:15pm-7:30am...my kids go to sleep at 7 and 8 and wake up around 6-ish, so she wouldn't be doing too much.  I wouldn't ask her to do any household chores or anything like that.  I'm in central Illinois, don't know if that makes a difference on range.  Thanks!!!

I am guessing this would be 3 nights a week, so I would check and see what inhome daycare charge for 3 day kids.  It may be the same as all week.  I would think about $150-$200 a week.

Around here, it's $100 flat rate a night.
