Do you fit exercise into your life? If so, how do you do it?
I really want to get back into shape after baby #2, especially since I'm done having kids now. I'm just having a tough time getting it in without cutting into sleep, which I need even more than I need exercise!

So glad you posted this!! I have been trying to figure this out as well
The gym here doesn't offer childcare and I don't have any family here, plus DH works long hours.
Sooo, here is an option I am going to try (so not to lose precious sleeptime) Swap gym time/childcare with another mom from church. One will watch all the kiddos while the other goes to gym, then swap. Of course this will only work if the other person is dedicated. If not, I will try a daycare for a couple hours a few times a week. ;-)
Okay, so to follow up on all of my "Great ideas" for finding childcare so I can go to the gym have officially bottomed out.
I am realizing that the only SURE and REALISTIC way for me to stay consistent on a workout routine is to do it at home... the only obstacle I will have is myself... lol
