Re: (Untitled)

  • We tried for 1 year to get pregnant with Adrian and it was stressful. I ended up getting pg naturally but I worry about how long it would take now. I was 38 back then and now I'm 42. I've always wanted a second child but I'm not sure that's going to happen now due to my age. DH is fine with just the one so I know he's not going to agree to spending large amounts of money on fertility treatments. Plus, financially, we're not doing as great as we'd like. We have to focus on retirement and college for Adrian.

That said though, I had a great pregnancy and relatively short and hassle-free delivery, so I want to TTC regardless and see what happens. We sort of tried this past year but not seriously enough. I know that BDing once a month is not going to cut it for me, lol. DH and I are usually so tired that I'm not sure we'll be able to do it often enough for me to get pg. Like pp, if I was younger it would be a no-brainer.

Me: 44 DH: 42. DS born healthy at 40 weeks 8/24/09. TTC since then with no luck or ART. Surprise BFP 8/6/14... MMC @ 8 weeks 4 days... Miss you everyday sweet baby angel.
