Pregnant after 35

Another newbie to Preg after 35
I got my BFP yesterday. We are super excited. Also super nervous to get through the first trimester. We had a missed misscarriage last Sept at 10 weeks. I have my first ultrasound scheduled for the last day of this month.
Our DS is 2 years old and I can't wait to give him this sibling.
