Fert report update...

So they retrieved 15 eggs, 10 were mature and 7 were fertilized.  I mentioned before that they did the split and half were fertilized via ICSI and half naturally.

So of those 10, 6 mature were placed in the ICSI group and 4 mature in the natural group.  6 fertilized from ICSI and 1 from natural.  So the embryologist did confirm that perhaps we had fertilization issues which was causing us our IF.

I'll take 7!  They will call back tomorrow to let me know if we'll do a 3 or 5 day transfer :-)  FX they make it to blasts!

    Yeah me too.  On the one hand I don't want to get a BFN this cycle but on the other hand I'm so curious to learn about my eggs. Geeked

    Anyway MRV, 7 is great.  I hope you have some great ones to transfer.
