Just came across your post...I was there earlier this year and got a pregnancy massage when I was close to seven months pregnant. I go to their spa every year, but this was the first time getting a pregnancy massage. It was really relaxing. The masseuse was very gentle and well trained. You can lie face down because they have this huge pillow thing with a cut out in the middle. They just remove it when you flip onto your back. They're able to adjust the angle of the bed so you aren't lying flat on your back either. I also got a mani/pedi. It was all heavenly. I love that spa. Have a great time!
