They sent Chris to the office yesterday

I called today to talk to a supervisor about the change in his program and how that is illegal to change without an IEP meeting. She doesn't have the power after 2 weeks to change his program period. It shouldn't be done during Extended School Year. The supervisor said she saw him in the office yesterday. She said he had been brought down because he was being defiant and not wanting to do his work. Of course he wasn't...they changed his program and expected he be able to transition fine.  The teacher didn't tell me that they did this.  She sent him home the day before because he was not working and she thought he was sick.  He wasn't sick; he was tired.  He didn't sleep well the night before but if she would have read the IEP it would have said that.  UGH!  I'm so over this ESY year!
