(NBR) CSI DVD subtitles

I feel cranky and need to vent over something stupid, please forgive me.

I put CSI on my Netflix que even though I've seen all the eps. a gazillion times.  I'll watch them at night if I can't sleep, but the thing that fricken annoys me is that the subtitles aren't avail.  I have to switch the tv to audio visual option so then I no longer have the option of using my tv remote to put the subtitles on.  I know the whole scheme of things this is ridiculous, but it's annoys me.  Arghhhh
