I met with my new HR OB yesterday. She's A M A Z I N G. She is sending me to a team of peris for my NT scan and to be a part of the process here on down the road. She said 90% of pregnancies go smoothly, and 10% need lots of extra attention and help. Because of my horrible history, I'm in her 10%.
She said she will not hesitate to put me on bed rest and will try her hardest to keep me out of the hospital but she can't guarantee. I need a backup plan.
I was pg with twins before and went to 1 MoM's meeting before I lost them at 18w. Someone there mentioned AFLAC insurance and to get it early on in case the inevitable happens. One of hte ladies there, pg with trips, said it took care of her older child's daycare and house cleaning expenses since she wasn't able to effectively do her job due to a temporary disability.
WDYT? Is this legit?
