poop durig quiet time

my ds(35 months) has recently been turning down nap time but we still have 'quiet time' in his room so that mommy gets a break and my 9 mo dd can get a good nap. since we;ve been potty training the last week, during quiet time ds keeps taking off his pullup and for the past 2 days has pooped on the floor and played with it! i know he i trying my patience to get out of his room, but i dont know what to do. i need the 30 min-1hr for my sanity, im a sahm. and he needs the rest bc by 5pm hes a BEAR! any suggestions, advice??
