Mucus plug - sink or float?

Does the mucus plug sink or float?

There was something in the toilet last night. It was mostly white with a little pinkish-ness to parts of it. It was probably about the size of a 50-cent piece in diameter. And it sunk to the bottom.

This was also right after DH & I had "happy fun time".

Mucus plug? Or semen tinged with a little blood?

u should google the images of a mucus plug and compare. thats what i did the other day...

But that deffo sounds like it was some of your mucus plug.

Just note. All of your mucus plug is up to a cup full. It's a ton, and you should be able to wipe some of it, because it's sort of like... snot... heavy snot.

This - and mine sunk too. You should be wiping quite a lot of thick discharge afterwards.
