First time IVF w. ICSI

well, day 1  of my cycle, starting BC pills Thursday...

Been ttc since 09 ( male factor ) and finally, we're here.

I'm anxious, and excited.  I'm still up in the air about getting the DS my hubby is ok with it and we picked 1 we really like, I guess I'm just still holding out hope that the aspiration will go well and we won't need it, and I really don't want to shell out anymore $ if we don't have to.  I also don't want to be devastated the day of if we don't get any good sperm...  So, I have to make that decision asap.  The ivf nurse coordinator that called me today said that she will mail me a schedule with the protocols for meds and we will discuss it, then come in to learn how to give the shots.

Here we go!

Me 27 DH 33 dx MFI
1st cycle of IVF w/ ICSI = started bcp's 8/2/12, lupron 8/22/12, stims 9/7/12,ER 9.20.12 ET 9/23/12 3dt 1 6A and 1 4B; Positive HPT 10/2/12, BFP Beta 10/3/12: 38!, 2nd Beta 10/5/12 28 :( worst phone call ever. 3rd beta 10/9/10 2.9...
IVF #2 w/ ICSI = bcp 3/1, ER/ET planned for the week of 4/8

    Dx: DH - Azoo, Me - Mild PCOS
    DH - sperm found! Seems to produce only for a few days every 70 days!
    Over 1 million in cryo in 15 vials over 6 samples
    IVF #1 - 1 beautiful expanded blast transferred, 4 snowbabies - beta #1 11/30/11 = BFFN
    FET #1, transfered 2 embies 2/16/12 = BFFN; 1 snowbaby left in cryo
    IVF #2 + CGH = 4 genetically normal embies on ice. FET September 26th
    SAIF/PAIF always welcome
