Baptism favors?

Hello Ladies, my LO's baptism is coming up and wondering if I should do favors at the following reception. Any favor ideas would be appreciated. TIA!

    we didn't do favors but we made sugar cookies in the shape of crosses, and iced them with blue and white in different designs... and put them on display plates everywhere...

    I think it is unnecessary. If anything an edible that can go w/ them. I was at a baptism a few years ago where I got a votive holder w/ the name and date on it. Really, what in the world am I going to do w/ that?

     

    This.  Our DS' baptism is coming up soon.  We plan on going to church with close family and those same people will go out to brunch with us afterwards. We will have a cake for everyone but that's about it.

    didn't do any favors, but i created a photo card of him in baptism outfit as "thank you's" and mailed those out, or you can try and have them done ahead of time and pass them out at reception.
