Question for adoptive parents

I posted here a while ago because I was in the process of writing my thesis on the fees associated with adoption and what financial options are available.  I have it finished (woo hoo) and am being encouraged by my advisor to submit it for publishing, preferably with a publication that gets to prospective adoptive parents.  So would you guys mind sharing what adoption publications you read/receive?

And just so you know I'm not a creepy lurker, I'm adopted and my DS was adopted by my (now) XH.  It's part of the fabric of who I am!!
