Two of these were our favorite girl names when I was pregnant with the boys, but I have another new favorite; not sure which I like best. Our last name is Portuguese and sounds sort of like Banderas.

Elena and Julia probably would have been our twins' names if they had been girls (Eliana was a favorite of ours before we got married and I've never completely given up on it; I love the meaning). I do still love those names, but Lucia (pronounced lu-SEE-uh) is my new favorite and I do really like it with our LN.

I'm very partial to Lucia- it's my daughter's name. We pronounce it the way you like, definitely the best way. It's a beautiful name, tons of great nicknames, and isn't very common.
