I have seen several posts where people got a BFP at 9dpo. Is that as common as it seems? I used a FRER this am with FMU and it was stark white. The instructions said results 6 days before your period. In your opinion should I plan on retesting in a few days to a week, or assume AF is on its way (I have no AF or preg symptoms) so don't waste the test?
I'm still learning about charting/temping and when it's best to test. Thanks for your opinions! I thought testing at 9dpo was standard, if not I won't read too much into it and keep waiting it out.
Re: 9dpo = BFN... retest later?
Thank you for taking the time to write that all out. That was, hands down, the most concise breakdown of testing info I've seen. I understand much clearer now.
This is early days for us, and I have so much to learn. We just looked at each other and said "well that sucks - but trying again next cycle sure will be fun!" Lol... So no tears in my beer tonight
I greatly appreciate the info! That HPT was misleading as all hell!
Way too early. Petra has you covered but here is a link to cheap tests that are good:

you can POAS each day and not be concerned about the cost. FRER is to by used to confirm if you get something good on a wondfo.
