Update on the Twins

I have not been on much, kind of busy... 4 wks post partum I had to have a D&C due to retained placenta, lost lots of blood and had some nice big clots. Doing better now, on Iron pills.

Billy came home this week. He is doing great. Tommy had surgery today for Pyloric Stenosis, he has had issues, he got NEC and has a issue with his testicles. Tommy is doing well after surgery today. Just wanted to give a small update.

Great to hear one little guy is home, and the other one is mending. SO glad you're mending too - be easy on yourself, that's a lot to deal with.

I'm sorry to hear things have been such a challenge so far. Yay for Billy and hugs and t&ps for little Tommy. I hope he can join his brother at home soon!

T&Ps that the boys continue to get stronger each day. Hope you are doing ok physically and emotionally. I can only imagine how difficult this has been for you and DH. Take good care of everyone.

Thanks for the update! Glad Billy is home and hope Tommy improves!

And getting the D&C sucks! I needed one after I had DS and looked like a corpse his first month because I lost so much blood.

Just so happy for you that your little boys are on the mend! Sending lots of good thoughts your way, and for Tommy who is still under doctor's care. You have been through a lot - I hope you are reaching the other side and healing swiftly. And most importantly, congratulations on mommy-dom and all of the beautiful moments you will enjoy.
