Anyone do hypnobabies classes?

We're thinking about taking some and I just wanted to see if anyone had taken them and their experience with them.

I did the home study course and loved it!

I did the crash course and have since sat in on the in-person course.  I love it.  It's a practice that only gives back what you put into it though.  If you don't have the time to practice often (once a day is preferable, but every other day will do), it very often doesn't work as well.

I took Hypnobabies classes and I loved them.  I'm a staunch believer, and I had a wonderful, un-medicated, intervention free birth.  I really can't say enough good things.  

We also hired our teacher as our hypno-doula, and she was wonderful!
