Ok ladies, how is it going this week!
I have been really good about going to the gym. After today it will be 4 times this week and then I also plan to go on Saturday! Today would have been a good week except for Wednesday when I had family in town and ate like a pig and my period is about to start Oh well. I am not seeing results yet, but I do feel like I have a little bit more energy.
Also, this daily mile website is great! It helps you keep track of your workouts. I love it. I am Marisa Haas on there if you want to friend me.

I've done 30DS three times this week and again this evening! I've lost a pound. At least that's what the scale said this morning. LOL mhaas28- I'm getting ready to start too and I ate a half of a plain hershey bar at 930 last night. OY!

I've been doing Ease into 5k for the last 7 weeks and have had monumental success - I'm down about 10 pounds and am hoping the pounds keep coming off! I also walk 3 miles on the days I don't run.
