glucose test surprise!

i was 99% sure that i would fail both rounds of testing this time and have GD since i had it with my first daughter. last week i had the 1-hour and the lab tech said that although the results weren't definite, my numbers spiked up a bit as soon as she started the test. she said to go home and wait for the official lab results.

well i got the notification today that my results were NORMAL and i passed the 1-hour!!! i'm so incredibly surprised, i have no idea what to do with myself!!! i guess my numbers must have settled back into the normal range or something. i even called my doctor to have verbal confirmation because i figured the paperwork must have gotten shuffled or something. WEEEEE!!!! i'm so happy!!!

That is great. I hated having GD, but only had it with my first so far. I pray I do not have it this time around. So far my early test was ok!!

Now you can continue to enjoy your pregnancy!!

What a GREAT surprise!!!!  I failed the 1 hour with both kids and barely passed the 3hr with DD....I am hoping I don't go the next step and GD with this one!  Congrats!!!!
