PMS and Baking a Cake

Do not go well together. I took today off work to pack for the weekend trip and bake DD's birthday cake. I've eaten all the edges off the cake (it's a small one - I swear!) and I'm considering cutting a little off the top. The icing will cover it. Now I'm deciding between Toddlers and Tiaras and My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding before I pick her up.

    I bake all the time. I have a serious batter addiction.

    Cake batter doesn't do it for me so much - brownie and cookie dough on the other hand... oh yes!

    I can't be trusted baking cupcakes. I can squeeze a couple extra out of the batter sometimes and I only present 24 as the finished product. And I've been seriously craving brownies. I've been PMSing for over a week now!
