Prewash Question?

So my machine doesn't have a "prewash" setting to do a cold water wash before the warm/hot wash with the diapers. 

WDYD? Do I just do "rinse and spin" cyle first? Is that the same as a prewash?

Yup. We have both, but I found that my prewash cycle takes over an hour!! Not worth it. The rinse and spin works just great! (and only takes about 15 min)

Yep.  My machine is old school.  I just turn the dial to rinse & spin and it works perfectly.

Mine has a long and short prewash being 5 and 10 minutes.

I have also used rinse and spin, double rinse and spin or I have a 6 minute wash cycle if I need it to be hot for some reason.

Any quick wash will do basically.
