Dr Recommendation

I live on and island off of Seattle, WA  and I was planning a home birth (my second home birth but third birth, first was at Group Health with a CNM) with this baby but I just found out this week I am pregnant with identical twins.  Change of plans!  I am hoping to find a perinatologist in the Seattle area with permissions at UW who would be into co-managing my care with my on island midwife (who would serve as a doula at the birth)  Does anyone have any recommendations?  Thanks in advance!
