OC Mom's!!! Prenatal Yoga in the Park in Irvine
I found a Yoga Instructor who is prenatal certified and I am going to be hosting "Prenatal Yoga in the Park" in the next couple of weeks. This could potentially be an ongoing thing if we generate enough interest. The more gals we recruit, the less the cost will be. Prenatal yoga has been amazing for my pregnancy and this is pure relaxation for you and Baby!!! Come meet other expectant Mom's and lets breathe and stretch together!!!
