This is a question regarding my brothers situation.
My brother was with his ex girlfriend since she was 16, they now have a 4 year old daughter and are living in Florida. My brothers ex girlfriend cheated on my brother and allowed the boy and his friends to come and rob my brothers apartment. So my brother left her.
Since then, he is not aloud around his child, he still pays half the rent so she has a place to live. and she deleted my mom, and everyone from our family off facebook so we cant see pictures of the baby anymore. (they live rather far away) she steals, she strips, she parties with her daughter around.. Leaves her with random people while she goes to work.. shes also belittling my brother in front of the child to get her to say mean things about him.
How much of this is legal? Is there anything my brother can do?

Re: How much is too much?
Aside from stealing, nothing she is doing is illegal. I'm guessing they don't have a custody/visitation order. She can block him and your family all she wants. Now, as to how much of what she does is morally wrong... Stripping is the only thing you mentioned that's ambiguous. It's a good source of income. Leaving the child with random ppl... That's a matter of opinion. Partying while the child is around? Depends on the definition of partying. Belittling your brother to the child is definitely wrong. In fact, both SD and I are forbidden from doing it, punishable by prison time.
Tell your brother to get a lawyer. Apply for legal aid if need be. Until then, it's a no win situation.
