10 month not eating at daycare, help?

I feel completely lost, my 10 month old has been with the new daycare center for almost two months, and for the last 4 weeks has stopped taking bottles and rarely eats any foods (baby or solid).  He is constantly fussy at daycare also.  When we pick him up he is tense and hungry.  We have tried to take food he likes and eats at home but there he will not eat.  Is it time to try something new or just look at changing providers since he is not adjusting?  Any suggestions very much appreciated.

No real help here except to say that I wish you luck. That must be so rough for you. Post this on the working mom board. I bet someone there has good advice. 

Have you talked to the teachers?  If they don't seem helpful, I would consider another arrangement. Good luck.
